Faisal is a Corrosion Specialist at Saudi Aramco. He holds B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in the USA. Faisal has been working with Saudi Aramco for around 19 years at different fronts. He is also a part time faculty member at KFUPM. Faisal authored a chapter book and more than 30 journals and conference proceeding papers in MIC arena. He holds also one U.S. patent about MIC treatment with magnetic field.

Dr. Zhu has over 25 years of experience in teaching, Research &Development, and technical services in academia, research institute, and energy industries. He is a pioneer in introducing modern molecular microbiology technologies into oil and gas industry. Dr. Zhu has authored and coauthored more than 40 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and international conferences in the applications of conventional and molecular microbiology and sensing technology in various industries. He holds three U.S. patents.

Iyad is a materials engineering specialist at Saudi Aramco. Iyad has about 20 years experience primarily in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industries. He has extensive experience in conducting metallurgical failure analysis and has extensively worked on the materials selection of many upstream and downstream projects. Iyad holds MSc degree in in the field of Materials Engineering.
